I first heard Patrick Kuse in Spokane at an AWC conference. This video is called How young people discuss Ethics. For you who do not believe those who quote from our owners manual or go to church- then you will enjoy this speaker. I personally like to use scriptures as it has not changed from one generation to another but This man says the same thing without mentioning God or using the Bible. This is a must hear for all ages.
After drafting a will for an elderly client, the attorney announced a fee of $100.
The client gave the attorney a $100 bill.
After the client left, the attorney saw that the client had in fact paid $200, as two of the client's $100 bills had stuck together.
Looking at the $100 overpayment, an ethical question arose in the attorney's mind: "Do I tell my partner?"
